Overall devs are doing good. a little constructive feedback might help though.
1. the NPC pose with the shooting gallery girl would be better with actual sex included. a blowjob alone feels like something is missing especially with a girl as hot as her.
2. The pile driver pose is cool. The one thing i would change is that the CUM OUT should be able to reach on her face and tits. From that angle shooting straight down it should be easy and would be very hot.
3. I'll suggest this again...girls should have a muff dive pose with other girls. This is standard in real girl girl relationships so why not in the game.....
4. lastly it's been a long time since a new female led female/male sex pose has been introduced. As a male I feel like I'm doing all the work in bed. Can you give the girls something cool and hot to work with so I can sit back an enjoy a little.
5. Some positive feedback I love the pleasant looks on the girls faces during the normal sex modes. Like when she smiles with delight. Expand on those hot facial expressions. They go a long way to stealing my cum.

Why not consider providing wider choices for characters ?
I mean, you could tune a character to be more or less "man-ish" or "girl-ish" and then have him chosse the gender. That would make up for more realistic sissy-boys, androgyn girls... Or have the possibility to choose a somewhat "boyish" or "girlish" level...
Wrestling : why not a sex arena, voyeur feature and on 2 rounds, people vote for the best sex performer of the 2 (or three) ???

Just building on the rock paper scissors mechanism , they can call it hit/grab/swipe. That way, u already know what the animations should be about, and every player will have her favorite move.
Id suggest best of 3 rather than best of 5 tough (even better if u can choose).
For the location yes, a hidden plug behind the big wheel at the casino to open the nexw location should do the trick.
And even if i still think it could be gender blind rather than lesbian mini-game, the spectator mode would definitely be welcomed (i suppose u can also use the sanders sisters, or similar npcs , if the amount of animation needed would be too large)

They are aware of the PM chat bug, and are looking into it. I have no eta on when it could be fixed. But at least you can rest easy knowing it's a recognised problem!

I wanna to suggest to make it possible to have all kinds of colors for skin. Not just pale-white-tanned-black as now..but also green, red, yellow etc. Will make the game more colorful and add more to the personal look.
