I'm all for more customization options, but not everything is useful. For instance, multiple penis size? That's an insane load (no pun intended) of work, adapting the different sizes to the existing poses. And in the end most people would just choose the biggest size while some people into humiliation would choose the smallest size. Too much work and little reward.
What I do think the game is lacking is outfits. Girls have a bit more variety, but still it needs more. Some classic outfits should be added, such as a schoolgirl outfit, or even corsets. As for males... damn, almost any new outfit would be well received I guess... Males have it worst in that department.
I don't know if it's been talked about before, but I have an idea for a slight interface improvement: being able to move people around in your friends list.
