A friend of mine had following problems:
she logged in after a little longer time of absence and her avatar list was completely empty.
she mailed at support     team.mnfclub@gmail.com and they wanted to know her password .
(usually no one normally gives its password away) 

Questions:
- Did someone else had this problem with empty avatar list?
- is there a known solution?
- why would support need her password?
