Name: Milk farm
Location:
Characters: Female avatar with lactation and avatar of any gender with and without premium. (Possible in singleplayer)
Description: The shaman from the Shaman Tower says that she needs milk for her potions and that she is ready to buy it from us. (Or Street Hustler offers this to us)
In BDSM&Fetish we purchase a milking machine in our apartments. - Scary thing! The woman is attached to her and she needs help regulating the pumps. The second person looks at the power indicators and twists the controllers. The mini-game itself looks approximately like the first scene in this game.(Where is the Milk? Avatars can perform poses and players can pay to view them and chat similar to pole dance. (By the way, it would be nice to give the opportunity to spy on entertainment in bed. Without the ability to write to chat.)
Reward description: Money (Cows get more money). Spectators get fun. Developers sell a milking machine and justify the purchase of a lactation potion. (otherwise one pose is not enough.)

Name: Sperm Bank
Location: a new MNF Hospital 
Character(s): Male and Female avatars
Description: A hospital where males players can donate their sperm and females players can help collect sperm.  
It can operate similar to the shower sex.  Players sit in a hospital bed & wait for a partner to join for sex. 
Playing modes
Mode 1: Player with Player mode
Mode 2: NPC nurse mode.  Scroll & Pick an NPC partner. 
Reward: Earn a sex pose for the first visit.  Potentially add a reward of MNF dollars to males who donate and female nurses who assist in collecting sperm.

Just making note for a future poll
What is the best way to help Males make money legitimately in the game?
When i say legitimately I mean without code selling, auctions, farming avatars and establish an automatic daily income for logging in.
Also it is very unlikely that the Devs will increase existing mini-game payout. But they might make new mini-games pay out higher.

1. Male stripper pole
2. Reverse Gloryhole for males - 1 male in the box pleasuring female parts in multiple holes.  Higher payouts
3. Add more Casino games - like Poker or Blackjack
4. Paid Sperm Bank donations at a new MNF Hospital - a new mini-game with higher payouts
5. Exchange sex exp points for MNF dollars in game.

wouldn't it be nice to have a main stage in the center of the red heat strip club. Just like in real strip clubs.
the main stage can have 2 stripper poles so two girls can dance at the same time.
We could still tip each girl individually. But the show could get hot with two girls working it an the same time.
Then there could be special stripper with Stripper dance moves (FF pose)
There could also be a special pose to have sex with both strippers at the same time (FFM pose).

here's another idea for a mini-game to help men earn MNF dollars
Name: Sex Dolls
Location: a new Sex Doll Factory
Plot: There is a sex doll factory.  Players go there to build sex dolls and earn money for each one they build.  Except this is like a puzzle, you get a screen full of random female body parts scattered in random places.   They will be different sizes & skin colors. So you'll see parts for arms, legs, upper torsos with breasts, hips with pussy & ass, and a head.  Your job is to put them together correctly.  
Reward: MNF dollars for each sex doll you make.  Hopefully the payout will be higher. Perhaps a new sex doll sex pose.

here is an adaptation to an action mini-game suggested by Cath

Name: MNF Sex Warriors
Characters: Male & Female sex warriors
Plot: They roam the MNF world & fight girl/guy gangs with simple sex moves.  It's a platform-style game similar to the Flying Petnis mini-game in the Forest.  Except NPC opponent fighters roam the streets to come fight you.  Imagine Nintendo's "Double Dragon" or "Super Mario" style levels but with sex fights.  The levels could be backgrounds of actual areas in the game like the Lagoon or Wild West or MNF Metropolis etc. I recommend this style because it will be simple for the Dev's to create.  It will also give the MNF community a "mission" style game

Reward: Players earn MNF dollars based on the number of bad guys/girls defeated

This is an adaptation to the Fairy Fountain idea that i suggested before.  My previous version suggested buying flowers to give to the fairy to have an orgy.  But this new version suggests helping the fairy rejuvenate her powers by having an orgy with fairies and in return she grants you MNF dollars

Location: a new Fairy Temple at the Waterfall or the Sacred Mountain
Scene 1: Visit the Fairy Temple. The fairy ask you to help her/him rejuvenate her/his powers by having a orgy ritual in the temple
Scene 2: Enjoy 3 npcs fucking 1 your avatar all at the same time in either FFFM or MMMF or FFFF or MMMM
