ok I understand well but the problem is that my friend does not speak English, and then dare not connect to the forum because it indicates that the connection is not secure ..
Moreover, she accidentally removed her avatar on April 19 at around 9.45 pm and since then she chases every day after a moderator to ask her to help her but she never finds one. And she starts to really panic the poor :-(

And also, the connection to the game itself is not secure. And that means, it's not going through a HTTPS:// protocol.
You can tell her she can join the forum without worries. Nothing will happen to her log-in information. And on top of that, she can register with her in-game avatar name, so no need for her e-mail address here.
And again, I will state the fact that, you have to ask personally for the restoration of your own avatar(s), not for your friends. This is just to prevent fake requests and to preserve the privacy of others.
