In-game behaviour – How would that be assessed? If you've ever been banned, if or how many times you've been warned, reported by other players.
General attitude – Fine, an interview, best way.
Game and forum activity – Prems have more than one Av and may use another on forum. True, but usually they let others know who they are in game.
How helpful a player is – tried to be helpful but it is not recorded anywhere. If you are helpful indeed, rest assured that people will start to know about you.
Drama with other players -  as with in-game behaviour ,how would that be assessed? Same as the first point.
