How do you reject people in the game?

I just keep it simple. If someone approaches me with stuff that I'm not into, like irl orders or rating pictures, I just say that I'm not into it and keep it at that. Same thing if we're roleplaying and I don't feel the same energy from the other side. For example, I remember one time I was writing three-four sentence replies and was only getting the most barebones replies in return, stuff like *She moans. "Yes, harder."*. Continued for a couple replies more and when I saw that the other person wasn't interested in putting the same effort, I just told them we're not meshing well and stopped replying.
