I mean let's be honest, the MnF games were always catered to horny straight dudes. Random normal looking boring guys getting jumped by horny chicks with giant tits and ass in every porn fantasy possible. Hell, all the poses in game barely give any clear eyecandy for the ladies. I don't think they've ever had gay/yaoi MnF stuff. Lesbian certainly, but even that felt more titillation for guys than fantasies for girls.
All in all, they could just be putting it off because of that. Then again, MnFClub is the first MMO of theirs and it's catering to all tastes. Maybe they'll surprise us!
