Secret cave

Hi everybody!
I saw in the forum some talks about a secret cave with gnomes selling flowers. I was wondering if someone could explain how to go here please! I looked for it but didn't find

At the bottom of the stairs up to the sacred mountain go a bit to the left, you should see a tree at the wall. Click the treebranch and it dissappears revealing a lever, push that and a door opens in the rock.

But to answer your question: no. There're not other secret places apart that one.
