I never teach but I think that's not very different, take control of the 'class room', distribute 'tasks' and if someone misbehave 'put him outside', do you like the analogy?

In a more serious tone, set the rules before you start, if you choose to be in control, control it...set the pace of the action, say who does what, make sure that only YOU can change the poses, and in case, you lost it and the chaos is settled, don't be afraid of STOP IT and start over... and most important, HAVE FUN
