Different culture different expressions, for instance in Portuguese, we use 'Melões'(melons) for that, and 'Melancia'(water melon) for...the derriere!!! lol

Personally a small change that would greatly improve my experience is a bit of customizeable sex scenes. For example being able to change your avatar's expression, or add things to the scenes such as ropes in the pirate, condoms, clothes, ect.
