I don't think this will be a problem. The devs just have to add a switch in the screen where you choose how many rounds do you want to play.
If you do nothing "spectator mode" is not active, if you want it you have to click on the switch.
If it's active the bed should show an "eyes icon" so other people know that they can enter the bed to watch and chat
This feature could cover so many fetishes: orgy, gangbang, cuckold, voyeur, exhibitionism, etc.
