I created this thread as an acknowledgement and to show my appreciation.  I was able to reach a Dev through Support with a request I had been told by many was a non-starter.  She/He was able to do exactly what I asked for.  You made my day.  I am new to this game and it was so refreshing to see this kind of support.  Many thanks to both teams.  And, it never hurts to ask nicely.

How do i get my account back because I was playing MNF club when suddenly i was banned and could'nt get back i the game, it said there was an abuse report over my avatar even tho i've never said anythin harmful to anyone in the game. I was wrongly banned and need my account back pls, someone help...
