Aside from what Queen said, in a new update, you could give everyone a house instead of having to rent a room every time you want to fuck someone. Also, you could add more map places, and new places to fuck. For example, you could add a VIP room in Bar Vodka (what club really doesnt have a VIP room?).
You could also add mini jobs like: 
-Bartender (actually makes drinks for the customer w/ a drink animation)
-Store Clerk
-Life Guard
-Office Jobs
-Food Jobs

And when it comes down to the poses, there are just some people that are kinky and insanely have a:
