I don't know if it's off topic or not, but I wanted to share with you players one question:
Do you lister to music or something else while you play?
Since there's no sound, I wonder how do you fill that silence made of "fap fap" and fingering noises

With nothing actually, I just use my imagination to "hear" what I read. But just for once, I'll have to try with smooth jazzy music or why not porn videos

I think I always listen to music, few exception would be exams, sleeping and showering

Depends on what else I have going on. Sometimes I have a different game on my other monitor, sometimes it is music or netflix. It depends on how focused in the game I really am. If I have some good RP going then I might throw on music, or something i have already seen just to have something to ignore.
The sound of silence and the "clik clicity type click" gets old after a while.
If they ever do add sound though, I would like it to be something you can toggle at will. Sometimes I don't want to hear the game sounds. I have played some of the other MnF games and sometimes the sound is not so great so I mute it.

Almost anything, ranging from rock to electronic, to classical. What comes next in my playlist.

They could add some moaning/sceaming sound effects, there are some people who have huge difficulties to make themselves understood, and it might help them. For music, it would be nice to be given the choice between various ambiances depending on one's mood. And of course with the possibility to turn all that off.

Yes having voices moaning, or hearing certain common phrases like "harder" or "cum in me" might work as long as you are given the choice when you can use them.
Though I can imagine it would be difficult for words because of multiple languages, but moaning would be nice.

An other reason why it would be nice: it's not convenient to use a keyboard when you only have one free hand

I make my own noises...
...and I have to keep the headphones free to hear what my roommates are doing!
