THESE TOS, TERMS OF SERVICE, ARE AN AGREEMENT THAT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY MNF CLUB AND ALL RELATED MATTERS. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT. BY CHECKING THE "I AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE", REGISTERING FOR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE OUR SERVICES AND YOU MUST CEASE ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

This is an agreement between MNF Club ("We" or "Us" or "Our" or "MNF Club") and You ("Your" or "User"), which includes Members, Premium Members, Developers, Volunteers, Advertisers, and any other person or entity who uses our software, participates in our Worlds throughout the network, or accesses our websites.

I. RESPECT AND SAFETY

We try to keep the Service safe and enjoyable, but we cannot and do not guarantee safety or security. A community effort helps with this and includes your compliance with these TOS and cooperation with our staff.

Specifically, you agree:

1. When using the Service, you will not take actions, or use it in ways that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, invasive of another’s privacy, or that otherwise violates our rules or policies. You will also not send unsolicited messages (SPAM), such as off-topic chat messages or private messages. You will not infringe on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

2. We do not allow bigotry of any kind. This includes discrimination based on, but not limited to, sex, gender, race, color, ethnic or social origin, language, religion or belief, political views, disability, age, or sexual orientation.

3. Certain taboo fetishes are prohibited on MNF Club, including but not limited to age play, rape, bestiality, incest, or content that promotes or depicts such activities.

4. You will not harm the Service or its resources. Prohibited activities include releasing viruses or malicious code, disabling or impairing systems, denial-of-service attacks, phishing, automated access (bots, scrapers), or fraudulent activities including abuse of virtual currency systems.

5. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software, nor attempt to use any component outside the provided user interface.

6. The software operating the Service is copyrighted. Any attempt to hack, decompile, reverse engineer, disable, distribute unauthorized copies, or interact with servers using third-party software is a violation of this Agreement.

7. MNF Club staff and volunteers may moderate content and take action when violations are observed. Such actions do not imply prior knowledge, approval, or active monitoring of user-generated content.

8. MNF Club has no obligation to monitor, review, pre-screen, or actively moderate any user-generated content. Any moderation actions are voluntary and performed at MNF Club’s sole discretion.

II. MEMBER PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information. By using the Service, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

1. User profiles may be visible to other users.

2. You must consider privacy and safety before sharing personal information. Posting another person’s personal data, photos, or artwork without proper consent and licensing is prohibited.

3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MNF Club will never request your password. Any suspected breach must be reported immediately to team.mnfclub@gmail.com.

III. ALL ABOUT ACCOUNTS

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in your jurisdiction. MNF Club may use any age verification method deemed appropriate.

2. You must provide accurate and current information and keep it updated.

3. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. MNF Club reserves the right to change or remove usernames that are misleading, inappropriate, or impersonate others.

IV. PAYMENTS

1. Premium services are available upon payment of applicable fees.

2. Payments are processed through third-party providers and subject to their rules.

3. Recurring billing may apply. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and canceling before renewal if desired.

4. No refunds are provided if the Service is terminated due to TOS violations.

5. Real-currency trading or advertising outside official systems is prohibited.

6. Transactions with unapproved sellers are undertaken at the user’s own risk, and losses will not be refunded.

V. ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS

1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED. MNF CLUB IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTHS.

2. These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and MNF Club and supersede any prior agreements.

3. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website or made available within the Service. Your continued access to or use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Service, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

4. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

5. MNF Club assumes no responsibility for user messages, communications, or web-links (URLs). Links are provided solely by users. MNF Club does not verify, endorse, monitor, or review external websites or their content. Accessing external links is done entirely at the user’s own risk. MNF Club may apply technical measures to disable, alter, or render links non-clickable for security or safety purposes. Such measures do not constitute editorial control or endorsement.

6. MNF Club may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice.

VI. CONTENT REMOVAL POLICY

1. MNF Club supports a complaint process for reporting content that may be illegal or violate these TOS. Reports will be reviewed within seven (7) business days. Illegal content will be removed promptly. Requests should be sent to team.mnfclub@gmail.com.

VII. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
